Raffle Entries

Raffle Qualifiers

WorldVGA members will be able to qualify for the monthly raffle by:

Receive 1 entry for:

• Being a Gold member
• Playing in any live bar event with 6 players or more (if you play in 12 tourneys a month you get just 1 entry)
• Playing over 20 games in a month

Receive 2 entries for:

• Playing 21-90 games a month

Receive 3 entries for:

• Playing over 90 games a month

Maximum entries a person can receive for any raffle is 5.

A standard member with either 20 games a month or participates in one local event is eligible for the raffle.

ONLINE LIVE Tournaments

Blind Draw Double/Single elimination Tournaments played by opponents around the World. Minimum 32 players where 75% of participants are WorldVGA members.

1 point for entry

10 points for 1st

6 points for 2nd

4 points for 3rd

3 points for 4th

2 points for 5th thru 8th

Bar LIVE Events

Weekly or Monthly Sanctioned Bar Events

Must use a handicapping system (or blind draw.)

Minimum six WorldVGA players, Max eight:

1 point for 1st

1 point for every three events participated in. (max one event a week, you can play in more than one, but you only get credit for one)

Over eight:

2 points for 1st

1 point for 2nd

1 point for every three events participated in (max one event a week, you can play in more than one, but you only get credit for one)

Live Scotch Doubles

Blind pairings

Minimum six WorldVGA players, Max eight:

1 point each player finishing first

Over eight:

2 points for each player on the winning team

1 point for each player on the team

Large LIVE Events

Sanctioned event is defined where a minimum of 75% of paid entries are a WorldVGA members.

48 entries or less:

3 points for paid entry

10 points for 1st

7 points for 2nd

5 points for 3rd

3 points for 4th

1 point for 5th thru 8th

49 entries or more:

5 points for paid entry

20 points for 1st

12 points for 2nd

9 points for 3rd

7 points for 4th

5 points for 5th thru 8th

LIVE Play

5 points for any monthly record held on the last day of the month (18 or 9 holes.) MAX 5 points per player ... if Dannyboy owns them all he gets 5 points total, but a possible 50 different players could score points here.

Monthly Average (min 30 games completed)

5 points for -25.01 or over

4 points for -20 to -25

3 points for -15 to -19.99

2 points for less than -15
